Spanish tile throughout the home with a large Living Room furnished with fun beach decor and 2-Queen futons.
The entire home is on the first level (up just 4 steps from the yard) except for two of the bedrooms and the 1/2 bath, which are in the back, on the second story. The first upstairs bedroom has 1-Queen and the second bedroom also has 1-Queen. The ground floor bedroom has 2-Twins (which can also be made into a King.) There is a new Washer & Dryer in laundry room.
The front patio is bordered by two other homes with friendly neighbors. There is off-street parking for 3+ cars in front of the home. The home has Comcast Wireless DSL, Cable TV and Local & National Phone service at no additional cost. There is a sunny side patio with a table, chairs & umbrella near the backyard that is fully enclosed with flowers and grass and a brand new gas BBQ.
The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is a 9-1/2 min drive away, the Village of Capitola is 6-minutes and it is just 42-min to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Parking for 3+ cars and some off-street parking. Pet Friendly. Outdoor Shower to rinse off after the beach too!
