The Ground Level features an elegantly appointed gourmet kitchen with granite tiled counters & all stainless steel appliances including a gas stove/oven and stainless steel dishwasher & refrigerator/ freezer as well as dishware and glasses for up to 22+ peoaple !
Appliances include: microwave, coffee maker, toasters and toaster ovens, and 3 waffle irons.
The dining room has 2-tables that seat 20 & 2-counter stools in the dining area for a total of 22.

This grand English Tudor Manor is just the right setting for groups with 8 sleeping on the Ground floor, 12 on the Upper floor and up to 3 in the West Wing for a total of 22, with a total of 6-bed-rooms and 4-full baths, 2 with showers and 2 with tub/showers. Living Room also has two Queen Innerspring Futons that can be used as another sleeping area. Pet Friendly!

The West Wing of the House has a Calif King Bed, and a couch, that when the back cushions are removed, is another twin bed. There is also a full bath with a shower in this Master Suite. There is also a TV and entertainment center - great for kids club-house or a special suite for the guests of honor.
The 6th bedroom has one Queen bed, & a private deck and adjoing Wet Bar =====>
The Upstairs bathroom
has a Shower/Tub & hair dryer
Assorted bicycles of all sizes are yours to ride, though not enough for all guests, so bring yours too.
Don't miss the easy walk over the small pedestrian bridge to the wonderful Seacliff Beach State Park with it's long wharf and unique cement ship at the end which often has lots of sea life hanging around it to enjoy.

Not many changes, except of course, no neighbors on either side yet, and the West Wing and Main Upstairs Floor are not conneted

The Tudor was the first large home in the area, but it is now next to several large homes. The driveway can accommodate up to 8 cars in the driveway,and 1 alongside the home, depending on what size they are.
Just 4-min level walk to a large sandy beach that is 7-miles long and includes a foot bridge across from the the Rio Del Mar area & Seacliff Beach State Park with its famous wharf and cement ship.
Also within an fun bike ride is the beautiful Forest of Nisene Marks State Park. The park offers rugged semi-wilderness, rising from sea level to steep coastal mountains of more than 2,600 feet. Once the site of logging operations until the 1920s, visitors can still find evidence of logging operations, mill sites and trestles in the park. The land was donated to the state by the Marks family in 1963
With over 30 miles of trails, hiking, jogging and biking along trails and streams and small waterfalls are some of the activities to be enjoyed here. Picnic tables and barbecue pits are available.
Close to the entrance of Nisene Marks State Park is the older village of Aptos with its historic Bayview Hotel and Restaurant. Several restaurants from the The Sushi on the Run, which makes fresh Sushi to order or you can just grab freshly made favorites to go with hot miso soup for a picnic at their tables or at the nearby beaches. Manuel’s Mexican on Center at the entrance to Seacliff St Beach Park has specialized in serving wonderful Red Snapper for years!! Lot of other shops from small unique specialties shops to familiar stores like Safeway, Rite Aid, Ace Hardware are all within a 10-min drive of the Tudor.

There are two Living Room areas. One located downstairs and one upstairs - with newly refinished hardwood floors. Entertainment Center has a TV/DVD/VCR, 100s of Movies, a Stereo CD. There is a Fireplace & Free Firewood and two Queen Innerspring Futons and many board games.
Upstairs Wet Bar area for extra toothbrushing & washing up and it has 2 additional refrigerators, one large, one small & microwave for Thanksgiving-type feasts or just making popcorn for watching on a 36" HiDef TV with DVD/VHS movies in the next room.
Enjoy the 3/4 Round Shower in the 4th bathroom with an outside entrance on the Ground floor of the West Wing of the Manor. There is also an entrance located from a spiral staircase entrance next to the Causeway

It is not legal in the County of Santa Cruz to have weddings at Vacation Rentals.
