The Ground Level features an elegantly appointed gourmet kitchen with granite tiled counters & all stainless steel appliances including a gas stove/oven and stainless steel dishwasher & refrigerator/ freezer.
The dining room has 2-tables that seat 20 & 2-counter stools in the dining area for a total of 22. There is Wireless Comcast Broadband available through-out the home that is attached to a print server so you can print from your laptop.

1st Ground floor Bedroom has a Queen, and the 2nd Bedroom has a California King bed.

All bed linens & bathroom towels are provided and all regular beds are made up with fresh sheets. There are extra linens, comforters and pillows provided in two linen closets for the futons and roll-away beds.
The kitchen is stocked with spices and basics like flour, sugars etc. There is a large oak storage cabinet for your food next to the kitchen also.
There are a total of 3-cable TVs - 1 is a 36" Flat Screen Hi Def with lots of VHS tapes & DVD's, and one Video tape player. Also a computer, color copier/printer & Broadband DSL wireless through-out the Manor and the Carriage House.

great for kids club-house or a special suite for the guests of honor.
The 6th bedroom has one Queen bed and a private deck.

Carriage house's 4th bathroom also has a shower. The 3rd & 4th bathrooms are on an unlimited hot water system! This one is on the 2nd Fl of the Carriage house with the CA King bed & 1 twin & a desk

- 4th Bedroom (The Twins Room) has two twin beds with redwood floors and a small T.V.
- There is a 2nd Full Bath with /Shower/Tub between the 3rd & 4th bedrooms
- 5th bedroom has two Queen Innerspring Futons with redwood floors
- The Upstairs Great Room also has another fireplace, computer/copier/printer and an entertainment center has lots of free VHS & DVD videos.
- 6th bedroom (The Early Sunshine Room) has a Queen bed and is adjoining the small upstairs kitchen
- There are also 2-roll away adult-sized twin beds for those who prefer to not share beds.
- Off the Sunshine Room is a private deck with a table, chair & umbrella
- There is a small second kitchen with another stove, microwave and refrigerator/freezer on the upper level so large groups can have lot of room for great cooking!
- 7th Bedroom is in the detached Carriage House and has 1 Ca. King Bed, & a day bed/sofa.
- There is a Cable 36" HiDef, TV and two other TVs with DVD , VCR and stereo with CD and tapes. and an entertainment center.
- The 3rd full bath is in the upstairs Carriage House area adjoining the 7th Bedroom
- The 4th full bath is downstairs of the Carriage House and accessible from the back yard without having to go through the home.
- There is also an outside shower with unlimited hot and cold running water!

- There is parking for 6-cars in the driveway and 1 in front of the home. No buses or RVs are allowed on the street.
As several sets of guests have asked about receptions and other larger gathering that would NOT be staying overnight, we ask that you consider having these types of events at local halls and only have those sleeping at the home be present at other times. It is not legal in the County of Santa Cruz to have weddings at Vacation Rentals. Assorted bicycles of all sizes are yours to ride, though not enough for all guests, so bring yours too.
Don't miss the easy walk over the small pedestrian bridge to the wonderful Seacliff Beach State Park with it's long wharf and unique cement ship at the end which often has lots of sea life hanging around it to enjoy.

The Tudor was the first large home in the area, but it is now next to several large homes. The driveway can accommodate up to 8 cars in the driveway,and 1 alongside the home, depending on what size they are.
Just 4-min level walk to a large sandy beach that is 7-miles long and includes a foot bridge across from the the Rio Del Mar area & Seacliff Beach State Park with its famous wharf and cement ship.
Also within an fun bike ride is the beautiful Forest of Nisene Marks State Park. The park offers rugged semi-wilderness, rising from sea level to steep coastal mountains of more than 2,600 feet. Once the site of logging operations until the 1920s, visitors can still find evidence of logging operations, mill sites and trestles in the park. The land was donated to the state by the Marks family in 1963
.
With over 30 miles of trails, hiking, jogging and biking along trails and streams and small waterfalls are some of the activities to be enjoyed here. Picnic tables and barbecue pits are available.
Close to the entrance of Nisene Marks State Park is the older village of Aptos with its historic Bayview Hotel and Restaurant. Several restaurants from the English Pub, the Britannia Arms with its stone fireplaces, game room and frequent live music, The Sushi on the Run, which makes fresh Sushi to order or you can just grab freshly made favorites to go with hot miso soup for a picnic at their tables or at the nearby beaches. Manuel’s Mexican on Center at the entrance to Seacliff St Beach Park has specialized in serving wonderful Red Snapper for years!! Lot of other shops from small unique specialties shops to familiar stores like Safeway, Rite Aid, Ace Hardware are all within a 10 min drive of the Tudor.
