NEW BRIGHTON BEACH SUNRISE CONDO – This luxurious remodeled condo in a small quiet complex has a “forever view” that includes New Brighton, Seacliff State Beach Park with its cement ship and wharf, the Rio Del Mar Beach and past Moss Landing to the Monterey Peninsula! Sleeps 8+ Guests in 2+ Bedrooms & 1.5 + Bathroom - The + is an additional room and bath down the hall that can be rented at the same time that has a Queen bed for a small additional charge.

The living room also features a large mirror so you can see the view from every angle. There is a Queen Futon couch and a Twin Futon chair in front of the gas fireplace and large 42" flat screen TV and entertainment center.

The first bedroom has a Pyramid Bunk Bed with a Double on the bottom and a Twin on the top. The 2nd bedroom has a king which is a set of twins that can also be made separate. This bedroom has a private 1/2 bath and the other full bath in the hall also has a shower/tub.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, electric stove and dishwasher. At the end of the kitchen is a small breakfast area that overlooks the view. There are also 3 bar stools with backs at the kitchen counter.

Thermostatically controlled heat sensors are tastefully hidden behind decorated wooden boxes on the walls.

This condo is located on the first level adjacent to the swimming pool and garden area. It is also next to the elevator that will take you up to the top deck for more views and a public table & chairs patio area. Amenities of the condo include a small exercise room and two saunas and showers, just 4 doors down on the same floor, there is also a coin-operated laundry room on-site , one reserved covered parking space, a locked bicycle storage room, and easy, convenient freeway access

Nicely situated between the New Brighton Beach and the quaint Village of Capitola with its wonderful seaside restaurants and fun shops this is a wonderful place to spend your vacation. It is a short walk to each. The sandy beach is more than 7-miles long! Pets under 35 lbs ok.
